Located in the heart of rural Lancashire, Rowanwater is an exclusive new development, comprising of 30 widely spaced plots offering both residential park homes and 12 month holiday status leisure homes. Our brief was to create a brand and marketing strategy to aid the sales of the lodges.
From the brief and aims of Rowanwater, it was clear that a strong marketing strategy had to be implemented to complete the sale of all lodges. We worked with Rowanwater’s Sales Manager to develop the brand image and establish the best communication channels to reach their target market. The use of social media and email marketing was key to creating interest and underline the advertising and PR campaign. The use of videos and photography we produced highlighted the contrast between Rowanwater’s luxury offering and their competition. From applying our tailored marketing services, Rowanwater has managed to sell over three-quarters of their £2million development.
