Bowland Lakes Leisure Village, nestled in the Forest of Bowland near Forton, is a sister company of Lakeland Leisure Homes, a luxury lodge manufacturer based in Lancaster. As new owners of a lodge park, they needed a full marketing package to help them sell lodges as holiday homes and drive holiday bookings.
We designed, built and wrote content for a bespoke website to showcase the park’s lodges, shepherd’s huts and surroundings, making it easy for visitors to book stays or enquire about ownership.
Our social media management and paid ad campaigns have helped increase visibility and engagement across platforms, as well as building strong relationships with previous guests and current holiday home owners who would provide valuable User Generated Content (UGC) to leverage.
We carried out on-site photography and videography of the park, including using a drone to capture the size of the park and the stunning surrounding rolling hills. This helped us to build a strong visual library for use across all marketing channels. To support the team at trade shows, events and open days, we created and fulfilled a full suite of marketing materials, including pop-up banners, A-boards, postcards, leaflets, posters and email invitations. We also wrote and organised press content and articles for local and national industry magazines to boost PR and credibility.
