Goosnargh Lodge Park is a premium lodge development designed to offer high-end holiday home ownership in a peaceful countryside setting. As the park prepared for their Grand Opening Weekend, they required marketing support to bring their vision to life and help prospective buyers fully imagine the finished space.
With the park still in development, it was important for prospective buyers to be able to visualise the layout of the site, surroundings and lifestyle on offer – they weren’t just buying a lodge, but an experience and a lifestyle.
We created a series of bespoke custom illustrations for the project, which were used across all of the park’s marketing materials to help bring the vision to life. These custom illustrations featured throughout concept boards, site maps and printed and digital brochures to help bring the vision for the park to life, and helped visitors to clearly picture the finished development.
We designed and printed a fully custom-illustrated park map and individual concept signage boards, which were proudly on display during the opening weekend, along with all other onsite signage, including welcome boards and direction signage, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors.
To support the sales team, we also designed and printed a variety of high-quality marketing materials, including a premium brochure, individual lodge sales sheets and branded presentation folders for guests to take away.
